Christian Formation Registration 2025-2026

Registration will Open on Monday June 2
- Below is the class and tuition information followed by the online registration form. Registration does not begin until June 2025. Registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis for all grades and classes. It is recommended that you sign up early to get the class day and time you want.
  
  Please note that payment in full is required at the end of the registration form. Payment types accepted online are ACH, Debit Card, or Credit Card. However, no student will be denied participation in the program due to financial difficulties. If you need financial assistance or special payment arrangements, call the Christian Formation office at 920-865-7677.
Class Dates and Times
- Kindergarten through 5th Grade
  Class Schedule
  Days: Monday (4:30-5:45 pm) OR Wednesday (5:30-6:45 pm)
  Dates: September 8 through February 25
  
  * If classes have less than 6 children registered, we will cancel the class and work with you to place your child in a different session.
  
  Middle School (6th, 7th, 8th Grade)
  Registration is by TABLE
  There are 6 students per table.
  6th, 7th, and 8th graders can be at the same table.
  You will NOT be able to sign up other people's children.
  If you want your child at the same table as a relative or friend, contact the family BEFORE REGISTRATION to decide which table # you will each register for.
  
  Parent/Guardian support is required. All parents will be assigned dates to be Table Leader. If you cannot attend the dates you are assigned, you are responsible to contact another parent/guardian at your child's table to switch dates.
  
  Service Opportunity Options - all youth are encouraged to participate in a form of service to others as part of the program.
  Large Group Service Night will be offered (more details in the fall)
  Individual Acts of Kindness
  Any other group/table community service (MUST be approved by program coordinator and MUST have VIRTUS approved adult)

  FreshmEn
  Freshman will be assigned groups for the first half of the year and assigned to tables for the second half of the year.
  Parent/Guardian support is required. You will be assigned to dates to be a Table Leader. If you cannot attend the dates you are assigned, you are responsible to contact another parent/guardian at your child's table to switch dates.

Tuition Information
- $75.00 per child for registered parishioners (not to exceed $300 per family)
  
  $150.00 per child for non-parishioners (contact the parish office at 920-865-7844 if you would like to become a registered member of the parish)
  
  $25.00 late fee for registrations submitted after July 1st.
  
  No student will be denied participation in the program due to financial difficulties. Financial Assistance is available. Please call the Christian Formation office at 920-865-7677 if needed.
