Participating in Mass calls us to live differently. It is meant to change us week after week, day after day, as we grow closer to Jesus Christ as his disciples. However, this isn't always easy, and we often fall into routines or miss opportunities to "actively participate" rather than just "attend" Mass.
During this three-part Lenten Mission, we will break open how the prayers, actions, and symbols of the liturgy are intended to impact how we live, pray, and come to know our relationship with Christ through his true presence at Mass and in the Sacraments. We will spend time reflecting, praying, and discovering practical ways for us to allow Christ to change our minds and hearts through the Eucharist so we may truly "become what we receive".
