Dr. Michael Poradek (Green Bay, WI) serves as a director of the Norbertine Center for Spirituality at St. Norbert Abbey and as a director of the National Shrine of St. Joseph. 

Participating in Mass calls us to live differently. It is meant to change us week after week, day after day, as we grow closer to Jesus Christ as his disciples. However, this isn't always easy, and we often fall into routines or miss opportunities to "actively participate" rather just "attend" Mass. 

We will spend time reflecting, praying, and discovering practical ways for us to allow Christ to change our minds and hearts through the Eucharist so we may truly "become what we receive".
